Undertaking this course will enable you to understand the processes of investigating road traffic collisions and aid you to work with instructing solicitors and insurers by typically investigating claimant and defendant cases.
The principles of the basic requirements in report writing and investigation techniques are the keyfactors in this course. |

Independent investigators are engaged in defence of prosecutions and by solicitors and insurers in less serious incidents to determine liability in road traffic cases. |
In more serious and fatal cases the Police will be called to the scene. Independent investigators may be engaged in defence of prosecutions as a result of an individual being charged with death by dangerous driving for example.
