If, as a result of attending a workshop you feel it's right for you and you book on the Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation course we will deduct the travel expenses incurred, from your course fees as a thankyou for attending the workshop.
* Travel expenses are deducted at 25p per mile from your registered home address and we will also contribute £25 towards one nights accommmodation if you stay in Newark on the evening before the workshop.Expenses are deducted from your course fees as a result of attending the workshop only.

Flexible Training |
|
Our courses are designed to be flexible in order that you can fit the training around your current commitments, there is residential training in Newark On Trent but this has been limited to 8 days in total which essentially is in 2 x 4 day blocks, the rest of the course is supported through distance learning, assignments and thesis, it takes 6-8 weeks on average for a candidate to complete the whole programme.
The only limitation is that the National Level 4 Qualification, Certificate in Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation must be completed within 1 year of registration date, which is normally the date you start Module 1.

Course Refund Scheme *Courses starting November 1st 2009 |

If you take advantage of the discounted course fee for the Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation and subsequently do not attend one or multiple modules, we will refund the difference from Modules attended at the full published fee and the deposit i.e
You attend Module 1 but do not attend Modules 2, 3 & 4. We will charge you the full fee for Module 1 add on the deposit and then deduct the total from your discounted price and refund the difference.
If you have completed the unit evidence for each Module you will receive a unit certificate, meaning that you can return to your training at any time to complete the full qualification.

Masterclass |
|
On successful completion of the course you will be invited back to the training centre for your certificate presentation and 2 additional complimentary elements providing extra support for our candidates. Initially you will have a session with Lawyers Support Services detailing work requirements for them and signing a client confidentiality contract which will then enable them to start sending you work.
You will also attend a masterclass 'at no additional cost' with our Managing Director Dean Hyde who will take you through a session which will enable you to understand what work providers are looking for in investigators, how to start your own business and marketing yourself as a professional in the Insurance & Legal Services sector.

Guaranteed 1st Instruction |
|
If we do not provide your very 1st instruction within 14 Days of your certificate presentation, we will refund your entire course fees minus your deposit.
Providing that you complete your very 1st instruction in the timescales indicated by your work provider and the quality of your work is up to the standard required, you should secure further work.
This is a skills based industry where you are only as good as your last job, if you let your standards slip you will compromise your opportunities to develop a succcessful career.

Ongoing Support |

On qualification you will receive 1 years complimentary membership (Normally £112 per annum) of our in-house trade association the Investigators Network UK (INUK).Newsletters, legislation and case precedent updates are sent to members on a regular basis.
Members also have access to discounted course fees from A.L.M Training in order that they can maintain Continual Professional Development (CPD).
We also provide unlimited ongoing technical advice complimentary.
We also provide a service which includes Quality Control (QC) of your work so that you can ensure that you are providing work to the required standard.
